Heat Rash in Bali - One of the most common things we see families dealing with in Bali! πβοΈ Also known as prickly heat. Between the heat, humidity, sunscreen, swimming and running around all day, it's pretty common for both kids and adults to develop those itchy little red bumps π The good news is that for many people it settles down once the skin cools, stays dry and gets a chance to breathe. In this video I'm showing the product we usually reach for first, Caladine Cream π€ You can also buy Caladine in a powder form, but personally I've always found the cream easier to apply and generally preferred it for kids. A few other things that can help: βοΈ Loose cotton clothing βοΈ Staying cool where possible βοΈ Cool showers βοΈ Changing out of wet swimmers quickly βοΈ Taking a break from the sun when needed Just a quick disclaimer π We are NOT doctors and this is not medical advice. We're simply sharing what's worked for our family while living in Bali π΄ If symptoms are severe, spreading, becoming infected, causing significant discomfort or you're unsure what you're dealing with, please seek advice from a doctor or medical professional π€ Hopefully this helps a few families enjoy their Bali holiday a little more comfortably βοΈβ¨ β Planning your Bali trip?
