Swings, Snacks & Sunsets: Our Family Day Out at Bali’s Coolest Driving Range
Who knew golf balls and good food could go hand-in-hand for a family fun day in Bali?! ⛳️🍹 We checked out the Bali International Golf Driving Range and it was next level! Back in Townsville, we used to love a weekend swing at the range, but this one blew us away — we went full fancy and booked the VVIP room, and yep… we felt like pros (well, until we actually started swinging 😂). With auto-refill tees and chip-tracked balls, we could see every hit, every miss, and every time we totally out-drove each other (or tried to!). Naturally, things got competitive FAST… because nothing brings a family closer than a friendly rivalry and some wild swings. Even the kids got into it — and yes, snacks and drinks were on standby the whole time because… balance, right? There’s: – a bar and restaurant onsite (tick!) – a putting green – heaps of driving bays – and even a small playground for the under 3s It was such an unexpected afternoon of laughs, swinging clubs, and tracking stats like we were playing the Masters 😂 Highly recommend if you're looking for something a bit different that the whole fam can get around! @baliinternationalgolf #BaliDrivingRange #FamilyFunInBali #GolfInBali #BaliFamilyFinds #VVIPDayOut #ThingsToDoInBali #BaliWithKids
Who says golf is just for pros? Our family recently spent an unforgettable afternoon at Bali International Golf Driving Range — and let’s just say it took our humble weekend hobby to a whole new level! 😄⛳
We splurged on one of the VVIP rooms, which came with plush seating, panoramic views over the range, and an undeniable "we're total pros" vibe... at least until we started swinging! The range features auto-refill tees and chip-tracked balls, so every swing is recorded — making it perfect for some light-hearted family competition. Spoiler alert: the kids might be the future of golf in our crew!
Beyond the fancy tech and epic views, this place is incredibly family-friendly. There’s a cozy onsite bar and restaurant serving ice-cold drinks and tasty bites (well-earned after all that swinging), a putting green for short-game practice, plus a sweet little playground for toddlers. It really ticks all the boxes.
We spent the afternoon swinging, snacking, and soaking up the Bali sunset — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Whether you're a golf lover or just looking for a unique thing to do in Bali with kids, this driving range is an unexpected gem.
So if you’re in the mood for a chilled-out, laugh-filled activity that blends sports, snacks, and sunsets, give Bali International Golf Driving Range a swing. You might not leave with a hole-in-one, but you’ll make some epic family memories. 🏌️♀️🌅
